Creates a positive, welcoming experience for customers

 Demonstrates a customer first mind-set while working in the store

 Educates customers on our product, offers, promotions

 Connects with customers by asking open-ended questions

 Speaks with knowledge and confidence to customers about styles and fit

Delivers exceptional customer service to improve sales

 Drives trials, suggestive selling and end to end customer support for the purchase

 Upholds all store policies and procedures

 Build a loyal customer base for the store

Ensures that store is always clean and well maintained

 Maintains the store to meet brand standards.

 Executes all operational processes effectively supporting the Store Manager

Contributes to a positive working environment

 Demonstrates values and behaviours consistent with LK culture

 Responsible for training of the Sales Associates in selling standards

 Assists team members in customer interactions

 Completes tasks as directed by Store manager

Key Result Areas:
- Sales Target (as provided by the Store manager)
- Customer Feedback (NPS)
- Operational Processes Score-card

Job requirements


- Graduation with 1-2 years of prior experience with successful customer - facing businesses,

preferably in the retail or luxury industries

- Graduate from Fashion institutes or premium customer service institutes – NID, Pearl

Academy, NIFT, ISD, Amity, NMIMS


- Enjoyable, personable, fun to be around

- Independent decision maker with the ability to self - manage

- Strong eye for detail & organizational skills

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Results - oriented with the ability to balance operational processes
