Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Image Retoucher/Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual aesthetics, and expertise in using Adobe Photoshop to retouch and edit model images for product display pages (PDP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Retouch and edit model images to meet high-quality standards.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and style.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to enhance images, including color correction, skin retouching, background removal, and other necessary adjustments.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and document the editing process for each project.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in image retouching and editing.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
1. Image Quality:
- Deliver high-quality retouched images that meet or exceed expectations.
- Ensure images are free from imperfections and accurately represent the product.
2. Efficiency:
- Complete assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
- Manage workflow to handle multiple projects effectively.
3. Consistency:
- Maintain consistent editing style across all images.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an image retoucher, editor, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong understanding of color correction, retouching techniques, and image composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous retouching and editing work.
