Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive - Procurement to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development, vendor development, artwork proofing, and vendor evaluation & audit, ensuring high standards and efficiency in procurement processes.


  1. Product Development:
    o Lead the development of new packaging products to meet market and customer
    o Drive enhancements and improvements in our regular packaging items to ensure
    quality and cost-effectiveness.
    2. Vendor Development:
    o Identify and develop new vendors to meet organizational needs and specifications.
    o Establish strong relationships with potential vendors to enhance supply chain
    3. Artwork Proofing:
    o Oversee the proofing process for monocarton and rigid box artwork to ensure color
    shades match on the vendor's machine.
    o Ensure vendors use Pantone ink when specified, rather than CMYK, to maintain
    brand consistency and quality.
    4. Vendor Evaluation & Audit:
    o Conduct thorough evaluations of vendor performance, analyzing their capacity and
    production processes.
    o Perform regular audits to ensure vendors meet the required standards and
    compliance regulations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving significant savings.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
