In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear

player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

Job requirements :
• Responsible for Cash Management for all Stores (PAN India Level)
• Sales Vs. Collection Analysis on Daily, Weekly, Quarterly & Monthly Basis
• 3 way match Sale vs Collection,-Collection vs CMS deposit,-CMS deposit vs Bank receipts.
• Controlling & Maintaining Cash Management in POS
• Circulation of daily Dashboard for Store Cash Shortages Store/Area Manager/Zonal level
• Communicate with Store & Bank Team to ensure Proper CMS (Cash Management Service) at Store /Door step Banking
• Bank Reconciliation for proper Cash Management on weekly basis
• Ensure Posting of Cash Entries in D-365 within proper timelines
• Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements & changes in the current
procedure
• Weekly Shortage Reporting to Management with risks & opportunities
• Employee Store Cash Shortfall Recovery during FnF.
• Resolve store issue pertaining to Cash Shortages, Card Settlements & Cancellation Issues
• Coordinate with Area Mangers & Store Managers on regular basis for proper Cash Management at store level

Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience

• Self-starter, strong financial and valuation skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in ambiguity and without much supervision

• Strong excel skills
