Job description

Job Brief:

As a Team Leader within the Assisted Business team at Lenskart, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of fashion consultants to provide personalized eyewear and fashion solutions to customers through telephonic and chat platforms. We are looking for an experienced leader to head our growing team.

Your primary responsibility will be ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, implementing sales strategies, handling escalated customer complaints and contributing to achieving sales

targets.

Your leadership skills, sales acumen, and customer-centric approach will be crucial to the success of the Assisted Business team. A top-notch manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the telesales/chat sales team, ultimately boosting company sales.


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership and Development:
● Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fashion consultants to achieve individual and team sales
targets
● Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and
drive continuous improvement.

2. Customer Engagement and Consultation:
● Set an example by delivering exceptional customer engagement, offering personalized
fashion advice, and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
● Support team membersin conducting in-depth consultations and recommending
● Suitable eyewear solutions based on customer preferences and needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
● Cultivate strong customerrelationships by addressing escalated customer inquiries
or concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
● Analyze team performance data, track key performance indicators, and provide regular
performance reports to senior management.
● Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement and recommend
actionable strategies.

5. Product Knowledge and Training:
● Ensure that team members possess a deep understanding of lenskart's eyewear products,
features, and benefits.
● Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on new products, fashion trends, and sales
techniques.

Job requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

● Above 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Team handling experience of at least 1 year with a team size of above 10 employees

● Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

● Proficiency in using telephonic and chat platforms like dialers and software.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.

● Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and effective problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
