•Preparing and implementing the long & short term sales plans budgets .
•Month-wise achievement of sales targets and ensuring the payment part.
• Maintaining relations with various Ophthalmic Doctors Associations and Retail Chain of Pharmacy Standalone Chemist Shop to provide the best services.
• Provide professional and product training to all the clients.
• Establishing the Feed Back Mechanism from the customers for the improvement of various products and services.
•Identifying market gaps and suggesting appropriate actions
•Implement strategies to identify new business opportunities expand the existing market
•Experience in similar (Promote & selling Experience of Pharma OTC /OTC products) field for 7 – 9 years
•· Experience to handle the Team size 20- 25 Sales Associates/ Field Officers(Area Manager)
•· Handled at least a 2-3 states but preferably currently at Regional Level
•· Aggressive approach
