Retail Trainer - Mumbai & Bangalore
Job description
- Deliver product, process, tech & customer service training to the retail staff of Lenskart.
- Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
- Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, and conducting mock sessions as quality training interventions.
Job requirements
- Experience in Retail Industry
- Experience in Training or learning and development for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Strong presentation skills
