We are looking for a strong Analytics leader who will act as an architect and delivery head to manage the foundation of analytics business is spread across ecommerce, retail and manufacturing and a wealth of omnichannel data is generated to enable strong analytics. Role will key to organize the data and help unlock the value from it with use of advanced data analytics, data products and analytics.
This position will report to the Head of Analytics & Digital Marketing .
Key Role & Qualifications -
Leadership skills including building the team and the various facets at least 2-3(Stores / Manufacturing / Supply chain / Digital )
Partner with business heads / CXO/Category leaders on using analytics to create business impact
Lead a team to execute and implement the solution end to end for internal business stakeholders.
This involves understanding the business problems and then creating a solution using the right tools and technology.
Ensure Continuous Innovation with Implementation Initiate and drive new ideas to implementation.
Strong data modeling skills across minimum two domains. ex: Manufacturing, Customer service, Retail, Ecommerce, Digital.
Strong analytical and communication skills. Should be self-driven, highly motivated and ability to learn quick
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting data warehousing design standards. Strong understanding of analytics needs and proactive-ness to build generic solutions to improve the efficiency
Lead/Work with many global teams, communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams
Manage and mentor people and plan their career growth and focus on creating a cohesive team environment
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for solving business problems with use of data, algorithms, analytics and technology.
Strong hands on on Data , Visualisation, Analytics, Cloud etc.
- Strong team management skills to be able to handle 8-10 people.
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree or Equivalent with 9-12 years of experience in Data Analytics/Business
Someone with exposure of working in Analytics Consulting, start-ups will be will be preferred.
Strong communication and project management skills is key for success .
Strong understanding of Analytics Technology - Data Engineering, Data Visualisation, Analytics.
