Job description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Pan India Rental Negotiation  Portfolio Business 
  • Responsible for reducing the rent of existing store.
  • Retail property search management, coordinating with key channels like property developers, landlords, project consultants.
  • Liaising with legal for due diligence and paperwork involved in signing, renewal & acquiring.
  • Coordination with various department internally for the end closure of legal/financial requirement.
  • Ideal candidate should have 10+ years’ industry experience, Travel is mandatory.
  • Maintaining cordial relationship with developers & landlords.
