Regional Retail Trainer - Multiple Locations

Deliver product, process, tech & customer service training to retail staff of Lenskart retail stores
Practice different methodologies and use practical approaches towards learners.
Collaborate and work closely with business- Business Heads/Zonal Managers to deliver business goals through training interventions.
Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
Manage attrition during training.
Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
Do OJT & Classroom Training.
Maintaining the Reports of Refreshers / On Job Training and doing business Impact training.
Identify training needs and preparation of training calendar.
