Job description


  • Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing and technical processes to Retail staff of all retail stores of Lenskart.
  • Practice different methodologies and use practical approaches towards learners.
  • Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
  • Manage attrition during training
  • Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor in optometry
  • Experience in Training preferably for a minimum of 2-3 years
  • Experience in the retail or optical background is preferred.
