Regional Manager - Professional Optometry Services

As a Regional Manager for Professional Optometry Services at Lenskart, you will be responsible for overseeing the offline business department's optometry services in your region. You will work closely with the store managers to ensure that the optometry services are delivered professionally and efficiently, meeting the company's high standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing the cluster optometrists and store staff to achieve their goals.
  • Achieving regional sales target and other quarterly KPIs.
  • Accountable for overall regions Optometry and dispensing functions.
  • Assesses and evaluate business opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Handle Optometrist attrition and manpower planning by driving referrals and campus programs at Optometry colleges.
  • Work with cross functions to achieve the output goals such as HR, Lenskart Academy, Operations etc…
  • Daily review with cluster optometrist team to track performances.

Job requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Qualified with Optometrist minimum 5 years in retail industry.
  • Must have worked as a team leader for 2 years in retail.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and delegate.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Technical competence to interpret and effectively communicate specifications and results with team members.
