Role Overview:

As Program Manager Customer Excellence at Lenskart Retail you will be driving strategic interventions and continuous improvement initiatives across our offline retail store network of over 1800 stores across India

You must be able to work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suit someone with analytical abilities, able to communicate both written and verbal, relationship building skills and project management capabilities. A person joining this role must be able to communicate program progress in various business reviews.

You will identify what innovations in process and product will solve pain-points impacting our customers. How can we substantiate those pain-points through in-depth deep dives and secure leadership alignment across tech and business? Key job responsibilities
This position requires a broad set of skills to be successful, that range from high level strategic thinking and effective communication to deep-dive analytical problem solving. Specifically:
1. Work across teams and influence priorities, decisions and get buy-in from stakeholders on initiatives and decisions
2. Own and develop a program with cross-functional projects and difficult goals which impact an entire country
3. Provide analysis and insights to senior leadership in order to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions in an increasing diversity of areas
4. Design metrics and business review documents guiding the operations team through execution
5. Draft and present key documents to leadership, taking an idea from inception to implementation.

6. Design and improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1/tier 2 B-Schools preferred)
  • Proven experience in an operations / program management / continuous improvement role within the retail / ecommerce industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Min 7 yrs of overall work experience
