• Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing and technical processes to Retail staff of all retail stores of Lenskart.
• Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, and innovative team-building activities with a customer-centric approach.
• Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
• Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
• Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, and conducting mock sessions as quality training interventions.
