Job Overview:
As the Growth Lead - Manager for Social Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will optimize social media platforms to increase reach and engagement, manage a content calendar, and oversee the
quality of social media posts, scripts, and influencer collaborations. You will also collaborate with third-party activities to boost social media traffic and meet business goals. Your role will involve monitoring performance, planning content calendars, analyzing platform performance, and
executing content distribution and ad campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve targeted business objectives.
Optimize social media platforms to increase reach and engagement.
Oversee and enhance the quality of social media posts, scripts, and influencer collaborations.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost posts.
Establish content themes and topics that align with business goals.
Define optimal posting times and frequency for each platform.
Collaborate with analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Evaluate the current performance of platforms and tweak them for better optimization.
Implement tactics to increase traffic and followers via brand’s social media channels.
Develop a plan for distributing content across different channels and groups.
Leverage channels on digital and beyond social media to harness new cohorts and activate campaigns for maximum mileage
Allocate and manage budgets for social media advertising.
Job requirements
Job Requirement:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on growth and performance.
Experience with Power BI is a plus
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
An eye for detail and analytical skills to interpret audience and market research data.
Experience in managing social media advertising budgets and campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
