Position Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned Recruitment Operations Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts with finesse and precision. This pivotal role requires an astute professional with a keen eye for detail and a track record of optimizing recruitment operations, implementing cutting-edge programs, and fostering strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our recruitment agenda forward, ensuring operational excellence in helping deliver top-tier talent to fuel our organization’s growth.


Responsibilities:

● Craft and execute innovative recruitment operational strategies and initiatives to build scalable solutions.

● Lead the seamless implementation and enhancement of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline processes and elevate the candidate experience.

● Oversee the orchestration of campus recruitment programs, nurturing relationships with academic institutions and steering the campus hiring teams towards success.

● Cultivate and refine referral programs to harness the power of employee networks, driving engagement and attracting top-tier candidates.

● Collaborate closely with stakeholders to discern staffing requirements and develop bespoke recruitment plans that align with organizational objectives.

● Harness the power of data analytics to glean insights, track key metrics, and continuously refine recruitment processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

● Provide inspirational leadership to the recruitment operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

● Manage vendor and agency relationships with finesse, negotiating contracts, setting performance benchmarks, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
● Uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our recruitment operations.

Job requirements


● Proven track record in recruitment operations management, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and exceed expectations.

● Expertise in implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), coupled with a proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance recruitment processes.

● A history of success in leading campus recruitment programs and managing high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals.

● Strong program management acumen, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate complexity with ease.

● Exceptional analytical skills, complemented by a strategic mindset and a propensity for data-driven decision-making.
