Home Business - Handle end to end lead generation from organic and inorganic sources (Contact Centre) and ensuring that every city gets their share of leads till zone wise level
Working with Marketing and Online Team to ensure that each of the business functions get their share of leads to achieve AOP
Handling Marketing Automation Tool to deploy new campaigns as per AOP and making its operational execution a success
Growth and Process Excellence
Working with the Business Head, propose and ideate process changes for business optimization across Assisted Sales
Have an eye for minute details, carry critical bend of mind and curiosity to always strive for finding out gaps in the existing processes
Ensuring that all three business functions (HTO, Tele and Chat) work at the desired level of efficiency to attain their respective AOP
Keep a close eye on the competition and the latest trends to strive for continuous sustainable improvement
Always staying ahead of time to ensure that corrective measures are taken well before time to mitigate business losses due to unforeseen circumstances
Strive to come up with breakthrough ideas to bring changes in the processes for good of business
Be the key driver of all strategic projects(Growth , New Dialer, Tech Integration) for all the three business functions- Telesales , Chat and HTO.
Working as SPOC for Product from Business to get the required tech interventions and deployments done
Be the Lenskart representation to the partners at startegy level to drive continuous growth
Education: BTech + MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 college.
Good to have: Lead Generation, Demand generation, traffic management experience.
Someone who has a Go-getter attitude, high on energy.
