Who are we looking for

Our Finance team is looking to hire a professional who will manage financial analysis, strategic planning, and communication with stakeholders. This role will be a part of a high performing team that will contribute to the long term success for the function and overall organization.

What will you be responsible for

  • Development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and develop financial models to assess the company's financial performance and outlook.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to gather inputs and ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.

  • Establish and monitor financial and operational KPIs to track performance against targets and provide insights into business performance drivers.

  • Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to enable timely and accurate performance analysis and reporting.

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas of improvement or risks to the financial plan.

  • Drive performance improvement initiatives by working closely with business leaders to develop action plans, set targets, and monitor progress.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications (such as CFA, CPA, or FP&A) may be preferred.

  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, investor relations, or a related field.

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth understanding of financial statements, financial metrics, and performance measurement techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to a variety of audiences.

  • Proficiency in financial planning software, data analysis tools, and presentation software.

  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
