Who are we looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Internal Audit. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of the company audit and processes through comprehensive internal audits on various projects with co-sourced BIG4 audit from , Self-Audits, control enhancement and value add projects. This role requires a strong understanding of Internal Audit, regulatory guidelines, and risk management principles.


You will be responsible for

  • Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan that aligns with organizational goals, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance the overall control environment.
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control gaps, and provide recommendations for remediation. 
  • Prepare detailed audit work papers and documentation, including findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective actions. 
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards resolution.
  • Conduct forensic analysis of financial transactions, identifying irregularities, potential fraud, or unusual patterns, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework, identifying control gaps and weaknesses, and providing recommendations for strengthening controls.
  • Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan that aligns with organizational goals, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and enhance the overall control environment.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards resolution.
  • Developing Policies and SOPs


Job requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • CA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Audit.
  • Hands on experience of control testing – IFC/Sox
  • Handling large data
  • Policies and SOP preparation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and assertively manage expectations and collaboration
  • Strong capability to understand business problems in the context of an Omni Channel Retail.
