As a member of the brand experience team, you will be able to directly impact and transform the way people discover and engage with the eyewear category globally.

Brand Experience sits in the Global CX (consumer experience) function in Lenskart and works extensively with business teams and other CX teams to achieve world class experience for eyewear consumers globally.

You are a hands-on, collaborative marketer with strong project management skills, who can quickly scope out the core need, identify its potential for growth and inspire everyone to do their best work.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • This role will combine strategic thinking and day-to-day operations with business, technology, merchandising and CX teams.

  • You will manage a team of brand experience professionals and will be responsible for increasing discovery and addictive engagement in all product categories across platforms. Heavy on both experimentation and flawless execution, the successful person will need to ace project management across the organization and drive global roll out of successful experiments.

  • Continuously develop a deep understanding of consumer motivations and journey across different categories.

  • Develop annual and seasonal brand and product marketing strategies.

  • Establish the strategy and execute the key go-to-market tactics to drive awareness and sell thru of key products

  • Detailing the customer experience for every category - making category and product experiences both simple and inspiring for consumers on both - online and offline.

  • Launching new collections and new categories successfully through detailed road maps with merchandising, VM, online, training, offline, campaign and international teams.

  • Constantly improving the discovery, presentation and engagement for all product categories across platforms- both online and offline.

  • Co-owning success metric with merchandising, online and offline teams for different categories and new launches

  • Proactively leverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations

  • Aggressively tracking the success metric and designing, implementing experiments to plug experience gaps

  • In Online -
    • Experiences like Home page, landing pages, PLP, PDP are extremely important where consumers discover, engage and eventually choose to buy.

    • Identifying and introducing new features to improve consumer experience online by collaborating with tech, UX, design and catalog teams.

    • Updating new catalog practices which allow for better product tagging at back end and discovery at front end.

    • Transforming PDP (product description page) - also called temple of brand by several D2C unicorns to achieve higher consumer success results

  • In Offline - experiences like product display, communication, input into training and VM is very important where consumers can experience different products.

  • Develop and execute brand events in flagship stores and online

  • Creating packaging (both primary and secondary), which consumers fall in love with

  • Measuring the numeric impact of ongoing experiments to improve CX and then scaling them globally

Job requirements

What you will bring to this role

  • Bachelors/Masters in brand marketing/communications or related field.

  • 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.

  • At Least 2 years of marketing a category with physical products.

  • At least 1 year of Online Brand Management experience.

  • Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator.

  • Skilled at managing projects - resources, assets, budget, information and timeline. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator and collaborator across all teams.

  • Good to have: 1 years of retail experience

  • Good to have: Someone with 360-degree brand campaign experience.
