- Define the goals and objectives of leadership training across skills like leadership development, team and conflict management.
- Formulate the strategy, keeping in mind customer needs, competitive landscape, user research data, emerging trends and technologies.
- Understand and track the training needs across functions and business streams and work with stakeholders closely to understand business objectives and measure output.
- Create innovative training material both digital and in physical format that involve team building, leadership and real time case studies and perform gap analysis to track results.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in analytical skills, leadership and strategic planning.
Location - Delhi NCR
Minimum Experience - 7-15 years in Aviation & Hospitality
Experience in Personality Development and grooming Training preferred
Comfortable to travel across Delhi NCR
Excellent communication and intra-personal skills
