As Lenskart's Global Design Team, we create designs that bring out the best possible eyewear experiences across Lenskart’s omnichannel customer-first approach - connecting consumers and eyewear fashion from online to retail space. Our Global Brand Design Studio is responsible for all new and existing brand design experiences, this includes working with the brand design system, setting up brand guidelines, branding and extension for any new product experiences, identity design, packaging design, etc. Our goal is to provide customers with a fashion-forward, transformative experience through meaningful brand experience design.
Who we are looking for
As a designer on this team, you will be responsible for projects across all branding and packaging initiatives at Lenskart. Maintain a high level of design craft implementing your experience in the brand design and packaging space.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Design high-quality solutions across brand development, packaging, identity, mobile, digital, and user experience domains.
From start to finish, explore and conceptualize design options - participate in team ideation, advance all concepts, and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
Bring brilliant creative ideas, smart strategic thinking, and background research to all design projects.
Create design assets and files for production output and presentations.
Develop brand stories through digital interaction, print media, packaging, animation, and motion graphic

What you will bring to this role
A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in graphic/communication design or equivalent portfolio.
Your work should include significant brand, packaging and digital projects.
Working with complex brand design systems.
Ability to apply basic design principles to creative work and demonstrate creativity across a range of static, dynamic, and interactive media.
Strong technical abilities and proficiency with latest software such as Figma, Adobe, XD, etc.
Skills in motion/film editing software such as After Effects and Cinema 4D and/or interaction design software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and an ability to set priorities and manage time
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
Proactively seek constructive feedback
Willingness and enthusiasm toward extending knowledge about technology/media, production process, design applications and working methods.
