We had humble beginnings - we spread awareness about eyecare, we took orders for eyeglasses online and shipped them to customers from a warehouse that was the size of a modern-day conference room.

As of today, little by little, Lenskart has served 40 Million people across the globe - helping them see better and lead better quality lives. Simultaneously, we’ve also built ourselves up to be Asia’s largest eyewear company. We have 10,000+ Lenskartians worldwide, more than 1500 Omni channel stores across 175 cities in India, Singapore and Dubai and cut to 2022 - we are shipping a pair of eyewear every 2.5 seconds, from the world’s most automated eyewear factory!

In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

As an Influencer Marketing and Communications Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships and media relations. Leveraging your expertise in influencer management, influencer affiliate marketing, media management, and marketing fundamentals, you will own and orchestrate impactful campaigns that amplify our brand message and drive results. This position requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in managing influencer relationships.

Job requirements

  • Influencer Management:
    • Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with influencers aligned with the brand's values and target audience.

    • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.

    • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and achieves campaign objectives.

    • Develop and execute affiliate marketing programs in collaboration with influencers to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

    • Track and analyze affiliate marketing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

    • Provide training and support to influencers on affiliate marketing best practices and strategies.

  • PR Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across various media channels.

    • Cultivate relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals to secure media coverage and press opportunities.

    • Draft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to effectively communicate brand messaging and announcements.

    • Monitor media coverage and sentiment, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead end-to-end influencer campaign management, from ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and brand experience, to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing objectives.

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.


Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer management, communications and marketing.

  • Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaign execution.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to problem-solve effectively.

  • Proficiency in media monitoring and analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and PR.
