Key Responsibilities: -
- Functional Key Responsibilities: -
- Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management
- Development and Implementation of HR tools and HR Automation
- Around 4 yrs. of experience having worked on Oracle HCM Fusion.
- Good knowledge and expertise in design principles and fundamentals of architecture
- Experience in identifying functional gaps and providing solutions for HR Automation.
- Should have experience in API Integration is a must.
- Hands-on experience in SQL is a must.
- Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery, Business Transformation Frameworks, best practices techniques, and Process Improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication should be able to articulate and effectively coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.
Job requirements
Skills Required: -
- Min of 6+ years of industry experience in HR Automation and Implementation projects.
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Skilled in HR IT Strategy & Innovation
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
