Key Responsibilities: -

  • Functional Key Responsibilities: -
    • Functional Expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management
    • Development and Implementation of HR tools and HR Automation
    • Around 4 yrs. of experience having worked on Oracle HCM Fusion.
    • Good knowledge and expertise in design principles and fundamentals of architecture
    • Experience in identifying functional gaps and providing solutions for HR Automation.
    • Should have experience in API Integration is a must.
    • Hands-on experience in SQL is a must.
    • Excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery, Business Transformation Frameworks, best practices techniques, and Process Improvement.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication should be able to articulate and effectively coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.

Job requirements

    Skills Required: -
    • Min of 6+ years of industry experience in HR Automation and Implementation projects.
    • Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM
    • Skilled in HR IT Strategy & Innovation
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
