Job description

  • Deliver Induction and front ending for onboarding
  • Data Management & Analytics
  • Employee - HR Connects
  • Organising and coordinating introduction meetings for senior joiners
  • Ownership for submitting Dashboards - quarterly & annual
  • Managing the stock of Welcome Kits
  • Handholding the new hire for 60 days (providing them with handbook and other required documents)
  • Implement a dipstick mechanism to keep a check on the settlement process of the new joiners

Job requirements

  • ¬†Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge about HR and MS Suit
