Head of HRBP, International

Job description

In this role, the Head of HRBP, International will lead the HR teams supporting the company

growth across International markets. A member of the people function leadership team

reporting to the Chief People Officer of the company. The key stakeholders for this role would

be the business leaders supporting the International business as well as functional leaders in

the HR & Talent teams.

Scaling culture in new offices, building diversity, coaching leaders are all extremely significant

levers for the business to thrive in new markets. Some of the key focus areas for the role are

shared below

● A strong business partner to the business leaders to offer thought leadership &

support on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

● Coach leaders to be become great people & organizational leaders

● Be deeply entrenched with the business to understand how cross functional teams

are collaborating and help solve for any culture dysfunctions

● Drive a high performance culture

● Build great culture & people practices across all international offices and stores

● Be a strategic yet approachable leader who is seen as a strong culture carrier for the

company

● Drive seamless integration across different HR functions to enable great employment
experiences for both corporate & retail employees
● Strong focus on employee relations to drive a culture of respect & accountability
● Ensure implementation of people practices like the performance & compensation
cycle, career growth & development and other work practices
● Inspiring leader for the HR team, setting the tone for other leaders at the company
and investing in the organisational health of the team
● Based on the need for each office, design and quickly implement solutions that cut
across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.
● Use data strategically. Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative
data to help improve organizational health.
● Build deep partnership with cross functional partners across Finance, Technology and
HR to drive an aligned agenda
