Job description
Calling and following- up with Employees for Documentation and updates
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee attendance records.
· Assist the team in Planning Training schedules.
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
· Assist in the implementation of operational processes to enhance efficiency.
· Utilize Excel to create and maintain Training records attendance spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts.
· Creates Reports as and when required
· Coordinate with internal and external team members.
Optimize spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the budget for Lenskart Academy.
Job requirements
Oversee facilities management, including office space, equipment, and supplies for the Academy at all 3 locations.
Handle vendor relationships and negotiations for office-related services.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline administrative processes.
2. Data Management:
Oversee the design and maintenance of databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.Develop and implement MIS strategies to collect, process, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Implement data governance policies and procedures.
Generate reports and insights from MIS to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
3. Learning Support:
Coordinate travel and training schedules and logistics of all batches of the New hire training program and other programs run by the team.Maintain Batch schedules for smooth daily operations
Maintain a database for every batch for every learning touch point.
4. Budget Management:
Optimize spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the budget for Lenskart Academy.
