Director, Digital Performance Marketing

As our Director, Digital Performance Marketing, you will be a critical leader within the team responsible for the strategy, development and execution of digital paid acquisition marketing channels to support the US ecommerce business.

This position will lead the strategy and execution of all digital and web marketing programs, including paid search, paid social, SEO, and affiliates/partnerships in support of our high growth US ecommerce business. As such, this role has a high level of exposure throughout the organization, both locally and globally, and the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear strategic vision rooted in data to both business and technical partners.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all paid media channels with direct responsibility for achieving budgeted revenue, orders and margins as well as providing insight and analytics around customer behavior
  • Developing strategic, sustained user acquisition campaigns, which drive continued high-quality volume and optimize metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc.)
  • Managing 3rd party agency relationships, where applicable
  • Defining metrics for success and continually measuring progress while also strategically driving testing and optimization efforts around channel performance
  • Embracing and executing the Lenskart US vision, which will focus on creating a consistent, convenient and customer centric experience across stores, website and apps.
  • Collaborating with key executive stakeholders to ensure acquisition strategy remains aligned with US growth goals

Job requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing for a high growth retailer or fashion brand
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to partner both with business and technical teams.
  • Deep understanding of the US online customer
  • Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners.
  • Self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, analytics or business required. Master’s Degree a plus.
