As Lenskart's Global Design Team, we create designs that brings out the best possible eyewear experiences across Lenskart’s omnichannel customer-first approach - connecting consumers and eyewear fashion from online to retail space. Our Global Brand Design Studio is responsible for all new and existing brand design experiences, this includes working with the brand design system, setting up brand guidelines, branding and extension for any new product experiences, identity design, packaging design, etc. Our goal is to provide customers with a fashion-forward, transformative experience through meaningful brand experience design.
Who we are looking for
As a senior designer and lead for this team, you will take ownership of project outcomes and lead a large, well-rounded team across all branding and packaging initiatives at Lenskart. Maintain a high level of design craft: Execute the creative vision of projects alongside the Function Heads.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Lead a large and well-rounded design team responsible for all branding initiatives at Lenskart (including branding, packaging, digital design, retail communication, motion graphic, etc.). Make sure all deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered on time.
Maintain high standards of design craft while understanding online and offline brand experiences: Lead projects alongside the Function Heads.
Contribute to the development of visual systems, guidelines, and presentations for all creative briefs. Engage in the execution of all creative briefs together with the team.
Planning projects with clear objectives, key milestones, and effective resource allocation is essential.
You should empower your team to handle their area's strategy, background research on visual design direction, and concept development.

What you will bring to this role
Graphic/Communication design bachelor's / Master’s degrees and portfolios demonstrate conceptual, crafted and unique work.
Rich experience of creating engaging brand design experiences for 6+ years.
You should include significant brand, packaging and digital projects that have been recognized within the industry in your portfolio. It should also show versatility, experimentation, system-thinking, and energy. Awards are a bonus.
Extensive experience directing design teams to deliver high standard visual design solutions.
Shift seamlessly between disciplines - from visual design and brand thinking to art direction and detailed design systems.
Bringing full circle products and brand experiences to life through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Providing impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of your team's work
Expertise in digital tools and trends (Figma, Adobe, etc.) as well as motion editing and/or interaction design software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.)
Ability to clearly communicate ideas, visions, and strategies to team members and leadership.
Thinking big to define and drive your teams and organization towards a bold future.
Communicate effectively and motivate cross-functional/cross-organizational teams using exceptional storytelling and communications skills.
