As our CRM Manager, you will be a critical thought leader within the team responsible for driving growth, campaign strategy and execution, and customer lifecycle management for our retention channels: email, SMS, push and site targeted content.
This position will manage highly targeted direct marketing programs and database driven marketing strategies in support of our high growth US ecommerce business. As such, this role has a high level of exposure throughout the organization, both locally and globally, and the candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear vision supported by analytics to both business and technical partners.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Managing all CRM channels with direct responsibility for achieving budgeted revenue, orders and margins as well as providing insight and analytics around customer behavior
Monitoring the status of daily campaign operations for CRM channels and acting as point of escalation for all business questions and decisions around campaigns
Embracing and executing upon the Lenskart US vision, which will focus on creating a consistent, convenient and customer centric experience across all customer touchpoints
Defining metrics for success and continually measuring progress
Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure channel vision remains aligned with US market needs

We would love to hear from you if you have:
3-5 years of experience in ecommerce email/CRM marketing and consumer promotions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to partner both with business and technical teams
An ability to identify and articulate opportunities for our consumers
Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs
Proven ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners
Self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision
Data-driven decision making
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or statistics
