Our Marketing team is a key growth & central function in Lenskart to drive the company's customer experience vision. We work in a cross-functional role with several stakeholders. We are looking for a Senior Campaign Executive to join their Retention Marketing team.
In this role you will:
Creating end to end campaign execution strategy, plan, design, process, QA & ROI reporting.
CRM Channel campaign planning for - Email, Whatsapp, SMS, Browser Notifications
Track end to end communication performance for all channels, attribute it to business KPIs and draw revenue impacting conclusions
To create and track distinct Customer/ Lead cohorts to run high-quality drip campaigns to achieve the OKR defined revenue target.
Manage and fill the routine CRM campaign tracker to continuously monitor the progress against the defined OKR
Co-ordinate with product, brand and technology teams for content .
Most important, passion for driving growth and extraordinary customer experience with strong communication and positive mindset.
The Ideal candidate must have the following skills
In-depth knowledge of CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, Braze etc.
Strong campaign execution on any two : Email, Push notifications, Whatsapp, SMS
Strong data driven approach for campaign management with focus on ROI and performance.
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools Google Analytics, Omniture
Exposure to any BI and data visualization tools is a strong plus
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of project management is a strong plus
Basic understanding of email campaign planning and execution
Strong understanding of customer data and use segmentation, attribution technique to do intelligent tar-getting.
Flexible, creative, and a self-starter who will roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of Marketing Analytics
Ability to analyse data to derive meaningful insights
Experience - Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in a high growth retail, internet, e-commerce company role to drive acquisition, retention or engagement through different channels.
