Job Overview:

The Project Lead - Creative will play a crucial role in improving the quality of creative execution and resolving bottlenecks to help achieve team goals. This role involves guiding creative and content production teams in the creation of assets for various channels, assisting with ideas and creative

input, and staying updated with industry trends and technologies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading digital design teams and a strong grasp of various design software.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help improve the quality of creative execution and resolve bottlenecks, aiding in the achievement of team goals
  • Work with the Sr Marketing Manager to ensure streamlining of all processes
  • Guide creative teams in the creation of assets for digital, print, social, and video/photo projects
  • Assist the team with ideas and provide them with creative input for new designs. Lead and develop a team of designers
  • Stay updated with the latest technology and strategies in the design and development industry, utilizing them for the company’s benefit
  • Follow and maintain brand identity standards
  • Develop and implement channel budget.
  • Manage and coordinate with external design resources like agencies, consultants and freelancers.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in design or a related field is required with 5 to 6 years of experience
  • Significant experience in leading digital design teams in a fast-paced working environment
  • An eye for detail and analytical skills to interpret audience and market research data
  • Strong proficiency in various design software
  • Familiarity with the latest technology that has become standard in the industry
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt
