We are seeking a Content Specialist, who will be responsible for jazzing up a completely new online product at Lenskart with his/her innovative writing abilities. You will be part of a small and dynamic team that will create a new online product from scratch to take eyewear access to the next 500 million Indians. This new product will enable a new super-easy experience of buying eyeglasses online.

As a Content Specialist, your responsibility will be to work on our platform and help in developing/moderating all kinds of content for the website. It can vary from copywriting to writing taglines or blog articles.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent writing skills & command of the English language are a must. Experience in marketing agencies will be a plus!

  • Write creative, unique, and relevant content for social media and the website/app as per the requirements

  • Comfortable working under timelines and a goal-based approach.

  • Researching and gathering useful information and writing relevant content as per the style, tone, and requirements.

  • Should filter information into clear and concise text and have the ability to present content in the most engaging manner.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to transform technical and digital information and processes into compelling stories.

  • Develop grammatically correct and quality content across different verticals.

  • Analyze information from multiple sources (Offline and Online) and use them to create original documents.

  • Demonstrate consistency in internal and external communication of the brand and clarity in showcasing our brand voice across every touchpoint. Conduct rigorous quality checks on every piece of outbound content.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team experience managing content.

  • Needs to have passion, integrity, and energy, proactive and a problem-solving attitude

  • A dual-minded approach: Must be highly creative and an excellent writer.
