Roles & Responsibilities

  • Training and Development – Focus on the three pillars of overall professional development- speech, body language and communication. Create and present specific training modules and activities to impart soft skill training, confidence building and public speaking skills and presentation skills.
  • Design strategy keeping in mind the business needs - Understand business needs and design an effective training plan involving demo sessions, case studies, success stories, confidence building and team-building exercises.
  • Drive new learning modules - Embrace new learning methods and technologies and impart business etiquettes, cross-culture communication in sync with Lenskart culture of making an impact and customer-driven.
  • Improve training effectiveness - Demonstrate excellent skills in leadership, influence and strategic planning. Developing our educational process, promoting knowledge management, and keeping an eye out for future trends in the industry.
  • Feedback and follow up- Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, conducting mock sessions and doing a gap analysis.

Job requirements

  • 5-13 years of working experience in the aviation, hospitality, or BPO industry.
  • Eye for detail, strong intra-personal skills and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Communication, VnA Training preferred.
  • Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
