Roles & Responsibilities
Training and Development – Focus on the three pillars of overall professional development- speech, body language and communication. Create and present specific training modules and activities to impart soft skill training, confidence building and public speaking skills and presentation skills.
Design strategy keeping in mind the business needs - Understand business needs and design an effective training plan involving demo sessions, case studies, success stories, confidence building and team-building exercises.
Drive new learning modules - Embrace new learning methods and technologies and impart business etiquettes, cross-culture communication in sync with Lenskart culture of making an impact and customer-driven.
Improve training effectiveness - Demonstrate excellent skills in leadership, influence and strategic planning. Developing our educational process, promoting knowledge management, and keeping an eye out for future trends in the industry.
Feedback and follow up- Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, conducting mock sessions and doing a gap analysis.
- 5-13 years of working experience in the aviation, hospitality, or BPO industry.
- Eye for detail, strong intra-personal skills and analytical skills.
- Experience in Communication, VnA Training preferred.
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
