As an Assistant Product Manager at Aqualens in Lenskart, you will play a vital role in assisting the Product Manager in developing and executing product strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, goals, and strategies.
Data driven approach - Gather data insights and convert business requirements into tech requirements
Gather measurable data of product initiatives and present them to the stakeholders to show visible impact
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop and enhance product features.
Assist in creating product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and marketing materials.
Coordinate product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful rollouts.
Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
Keep stakeholders informed about project status, key milestones, and potential risks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. MBA is optional.
1+ year of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
