As an Assistant Product Manager at Aqualens in Lenskart, you will play a vital role in assisting the Product Manager in developing and executing product strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, goals, and strategies.

• Data driven approach - Gather data insights and convert business requirements into tech requirements

• Gather measurable data of product initiatives and present them to the stakeholders to show visible impact

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop and enhance product features.

• Assist in creating product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and marketing materials.

• Coordinate product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful rollouts.

• Monitor and analyze product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

• Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. MBA is optional.

• 1+ year of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
