Assistant Manager - Taxation

Job description

1. Independently managing all the tax related compliances of international subsidiaries of Lenskart group entities under the supervision of senior management.
2. Entering into discussions with the internal stakeholders and the external tax consultants of various countries and independently resolving queries with them related to tax.
3. Working in close communication with the internal stakeholders viz. tech team, revenue teams in relation to implementation of taxation related procedures and changes in ERP.
4. Providing assistance to team members in relation to direct tax related matters of the Indian group companies such as in TDS compliances, updation of tax related changes in ERP, filing of income tax returns, handling litigation.
5. Keeping abreast of changes in taxation laws and implementation of the same in the company.
6. Preferable to have previous experience of working on ERP environment.

Job requirements

  • MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in handling tax compliance of large entities.
  • Industry/ERP environment experience preferred.
