In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned

eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added an additional

400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries

Job requirements

1. Production Management System – Production targets achievements as per AOP. Monitor and

improve line efficiencies, monitor processes being adhered as per SOPs and Design guidelines,

Monitor daily RM, consumables consumption in ERP system. etc

2. Quality Management System – Follow Quality Standards, achieve and improve products

quality. Monitor Rej %, Return % and actions with RCA. Improve quality through various

initiatives like Kaizens, OPL etc

3. People Management System – Monitor Per person productivity and improve it through

various small projects with help of CFTs, Drive People engagement and their multiskilling

through trainings needs identifications. Keep team bonding with internal and external

stakeholders. Participate in daily operations challenges and resolve by giving solutions to

keep team’s morale high

4. Track Daily, weekly, monthly production reports, quality/ consumption reports and ppts and

ensure system adherence in ERP.

5. Follow, maintain and Improve basic hygiene of system to keep smooth operations.

6. Guide and Coach Team to achieve Safety, Production, Quality, Costs targets.

7. Learn and implement new technologies, automation to simplify and imrove daily operations

pain points.

8. Systematic approach on problem solving with proper RCA and CAPA.

Must-have skills/technologies:

 Knowledge of basic operations of CNC, Moulding, Coating, Assembly, Basics of designing,

 SPMs working is must.

 Should be enthusiastic with willing to learn new things quickly to execute it with required

 timelines.

 Should be good communicators, team player with skills of coordinate with CFTs and

 stakeholders

 Strong skills of handling 250+ People team with positive attitude.

 Should be obedient, disciplined and honest.
