Job description

  • Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating business and organization partnerships.
  • Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies.
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
  • Examine and test existing contracts.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
  • Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
  • Drive and support procurement activities pertaining to store expansion.
  • Lead and look after the overall spend for Projects within the allocated budget.
  • Continuously monitor and track the forecast vs actual saving and take corrective actions.
  • Actively involve and engage with stakeholders for the execution of sourcing projects.
  • Work closely with Internal teams Projects, BD to deliver new projects.
  • Cost analysis (understand supply and demand market, industry benchmark, cost analysis)


  • Job requirements

    • B.Tech or MBA with 3 to 7 years of experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in Procurement of capex/Opex/Services.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes, methods and techniques, including negotiation skills, e- sourcing tools, e-auctions is beneficial.
