We had humble beginnings - we spread awareness about eye care, took orders for eyeglasses online and shipped them to customers from a warehouse that was the size of a modern-day conference room.

We have 10,000+ Lenskartians worldwide, more than 1500 Omni channel stores across 175 cities in India, Singapore and Dubai and we are shipping a pair of eyewear every 2.5 seconds, from the world’s most automated eyewear factory!

In 2022, Lenskart partnered with Owndays and took a majority stake in the Japanese-owned eyewear player that has a deep presence in Asia. With this partnership, we have added 400 stores and extended our reach to 13 countries.

    Short Summary:
    We are seeking a talented and proactive Campus Recruitment Lead to spearhead our campus hiring initiatives and build strong relationships with universities and colleges. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and attracting top talent from campus, coupled with a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills. The Campus Recruitment Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand on campus, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and executing targeted recruitment strategies to meet our talent acquisition goals.

    Job Responsibilities:
    ● Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top-tier talent from
    universities and colleges, aligning with Lenskart’s hiring needs and objectives.
    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, student
    organisations/communities, faculty, and other key stakeholders to enhance our presence and
    visibility on campus.
    ● Plan and coordinate campus events, including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events, to engage with students and promote our employer brand.
    ● Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and develop
    targeted recruitment plans for specific campus programs and initiatives.
    ● Identify high-potential candidates through resume screening, interviews, and assessment
    exercises, and facilitate the recruitment process from application through to offer acceptance.
    ● Provide guidance and support to campus recruitment team members, including hiring
    coordinators, interns, and campus ambassadors, to ensure seamless execution of recruitment
    ● Analyse recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campus recruitment
    strategies and initiatives, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    ● Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding and share insights and recommendations with the broader team.
    ● Represent Lenskart at external events and conferences related to campus recruitment, fostering relationships with industry peers and staying connected with emerging talent trends.

Job requirements

● Proven experience in campus recruitment or university relations, with a track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent from universities and colleges.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and

influence key stakeholders at all levels of the Lenskart.

● Strong Lenskartal and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

● Knowledge of campus recruitment best practices, including event planning, candidate

assessment, and employer branding strategies.

● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is preferred.

● Passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping students launch their careers and succeed in the workforce.
