We are hiring for the Lenskart innovation team - a team that directly works with the cofounders and is tasked with researching and innovating experimental features to reach more people and improve the customer experience, thus helping Lenskart reach its mission for better eye care for millions of people. The team is working on experimental features utilizing the latest innovations in the AR and AI domains. We work on hard-to-crack problems that require smart and dedicated engineers. The team is building the next generation of AR experiences for millions of people.

We are looking for AR and AI champions who are passionate about solving hard problems and are not afraid to take risks. They should be able to work independently and be able to think outside the box to come up with creative solutions. They should also be team players who are willing to collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results. Responsibilities:

• Develop android applications and features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work on ARcore and other technologies to create POCs.
• Researching and creating rapid MVP's to test the ideas.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency
• Work on experimental features and come up with creative solutions to solve hard problems.
• Work on improving or creating new AR experiences for millions of people.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with Android app development
• Strong experience with ARCore or other related technology.
• Good understanding of 3D concepts, and mathematics behind them.
• Must be passionate about technology and research.
• Experience with Swift, IOS, AI development is a plus but not required.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
